Payment Terms

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Purpose

These payment terms govern the payment for services provided by AppSoon. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms as well as our Terms of Use.

2. Payment Processor

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments (nowpayments.io), a third-party payment gateway specialized in cryptocurrencies. Processing of the transaction is subject to NOWPayments' terms and privacy policy. AppSoon does not store your private keys or have access to your wallets.

3. Accepted Cryptocurrencies

We accept the main cryptocurrencies supported by NOWPayments, including:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • Tether (USDT)
  • USD Coin (USDC)
  • and other cryptocurrencies available through NOWPayments.

4. Payment Process

Payment proceeds as follows:

  • A quote is issued and denominated in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD).
  • A payment invoice is generated through NOWPayments.
  • The cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
  • You send the exact amount to the address provided, within the time window indicated by the gateway.
  • The payment is considered settled once confirmed on the blockchain.

5. Prices and Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of taxes. The client is responsible for any tax, levy, or reporting obligation applicable in their jurisdiction. Network fees (blockchain transaction fees) are borne by the client.

6. Transaction Confirmation and Finality

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed on the blockchain, a transaction cannot be cancelled or modified. It is your responsibility to verify the destination address, network, and amount before sending.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible and volatile nature of cryptocurrencies, payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. Any refund is granted at AppSoon's sole discretion (for example, where a service has not been delivered). Where applicable, a refund is issued in cryptocurrency for the amount originally paid; network fees and exchange-rate volatility risk remain the responsibility of the client.

8. Volatility and Risks

The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly. The client is solely responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network. Underpayments, overpayments, or transfers sent on an incorrect network may be lost or require additional processing, with no guarantee of recovery.

9. Compliance (AML / KYC)

In order to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing regulations, AppSoon or its provider may request identity verification information before finalizing a transaction.
